WHITE ROSE CLINIC

Biomechanics / Podiatry

We take our feet and the stresses we put them through daily for granted, until we start to get problems. Feet need care and attention if they are to work efficiently over our lifetime.

We are in the world of prevention, being able to highlight a particular problem at an early age or early in a sporting career before it can develop into a full-blown injury or unnecessary wear and tear can reduce the likelihood of precious time off or even surgery in later life.

A biomechanic assessment uses a combination of traditional techniques and modern technology to diagnose, a wide variety of all-too-common issues.

A custom orthotic or insole can then be made for prevention of an injury, stabilising an existing problem or treating a current concern.

Some typical problems we deal with on a regular basis are:-

  • Achilles Tendonitis
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Hallux Valgus
  • Metatarsalgia
  • Morton’s Neuroma
  • Tight Calf Muscles
  • Shin Splints
  • Heel Pain
  • Pain in Shin, Knee or Hip

Pricing

  • Initial assessment (1hr) – £90*/£80
  • Full Custom Insoles from – £80 to £130
  • Pre moulded insoles from – £30 to £60
  • Pre moulded insoles modified – £60
  • Free follow up offered up to 3 months after the first appointment.
